                       The adjustment of tax refund policy has reduced the rebate of all the enterprises and greatly
                       shrunk the amount of export over the past two years, which testifies to the great influence of the
                       adjustment of export tax rebate policy on the whole industry. Such adjustment has both advantages
                       and disadvantages. The advantage is that the hair product branch does not have to emphasize the
                       necessity of eliminating tax fraud and tax evasion because these “escaped criminals” will gain no
                       profits. These “escaped criminals” might contributed greatly to the export statistics several years
                       ago, which add more “prosperity” to the sound market. It seems that there is no obvious change in
                       the market after tax reimbursement.

                       The period from 2016 to 2017 has seen the decreasing call for tax reimbursement for export. Many
                       hair product enterprises that have seized the cross-border e-commerce opportunities spring up. Some
                       even reflected that the current hair product market is very promising with supply falling short of demand.
                       It is worth-mentioning that some enterprises have even transferred from online mode to offline mode
                       by setting up physical store and experience store in America. However, cross-border e-commerce,
                       like a double-edged sword, is criticized by the insiders for its price dumping and damage of the market
                       rules. The fact that the statistics of export through cross-border e-commerce is not included into the

                                                                 In  2017,  many  hair  product  enterprises
                                                                 enjoy better sales performance and greater
                                                                 demands from the international market. It can
                                                                 be said that the market is marching towards a
                                                                 promising future.

                                                                 can get rid of the “shackles” and enjoy a
                                                                 blooming business.
